Si, a mi el GBS tampoco me convence, pero como con los gadgets puedes tener los 2 a la vez…

he actualizado a la manera que tu dices, pero el problema de utilizar wp_count_terms(‘category’) es que en versiones inferiores a la 2.3 aparece el error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_count_terms()

De momento he dejado las 2 maneras para que funcione con todas las versiones

sobre utilizar Google Blog Search yo de momento me quedo con Technorati, el fallo que tiene google es que mezcla los enlaces internos con los externos

pero esta muy bien, el trabajo que has hecho, tenia pensado hacerlo pero veo que ya no hace falta
